All four teams reached Sunday’s playoffs. Two semi-finals — 1 v 4 and 2 v 3 — sent the Stingrays and Legends to the final, where the top seed lifted the Cup.
The Stingrays go wire-to-wire — top seed out of the round robin, past the Wranglers 3–1 in the semi-final, and 3–1 over the Legends in the final to lift the 2026 Vanta Black Water Cayman Cup.
